General Information
Upon your arrival, you will need to complete our customer check-in form if you haven't already done so online.
Please note that we do not have seed stock and cannot facilitate on-the-spot device exchanges. If a device is eligible for exchange, either another device will be ordered or the device shipped to the Depot for the exchange.
Diagnostic Fees
For computers that are out of warranty, the diagnostic fee is $50.
The diagnostic fee for out-of-warranty iPads, iPhones, Apple Watches, and AirPods is $10.
Repair Times
Typically, parts are ordered with priority overnight shipping (except batteries which take up to a week) However, delivery times may vary. Please be aware that orders placed after 3:00 PM will not arrive until after the next day.
The average repair time for an iPhone ranges from 2 to 4 hours. Please note that appointment availability is limited, as our technician is often busy with other repairs that also require considerable time and attention.
Parts and Repairs
We do not stock parts for iPhones, AirPods, and most Mac computers. Parts can only be ordered after you have brought in your device inspection and diagnostics.
If you have an out-of-warranty iPhone or computer and wish to take the device with you before repair, payment for the part must be made upfront.
For out-of-warranty AirPods, replacing any component costs $99.99 + tax, and you will need to leave the entire set with us for the replacement.
iPads Apple Watches, and Beats are not repairable in-store, they must be sent to the Apple Depot for replacement. If out-of-warranty (unless it is a battery or software issue) it’s typically the cost of a brand-new one.
