OPEN POSITION: Front Desk Receptionist (Tulsa Location)
Front Desk Receptionist will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, able to work independently with little or no supervision and be on time. Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsibilities:
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Organize and schedule In-Shop and On-Site appointments
Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
Organize office operations and procedures
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Provide general support to visitors
Manage front of house with In-Shop customers
Manage executives' schedules, calendars and appointments
Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance
Monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among staff
Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Manage internal staff relations
Maintain a safe and secure working environment

OPEN POSITION: APPLE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a full time on-site technician in the Tulsa location. This position will travel in Tulsa and surrounding area’s as well in the OKC area.
PREFERRED SKILLS TO INCLUDE:
•Customer service skills is key
• Hardware repair skills
• Mac OS X experience
• Working knowledge of Apple GSX warranty system
•Workstation installation and maintenance
•Application installation and OS updates
•Knowledge of Ethernet and wireless networks and basic networking (switch, router, wireless)
•Responsive and detail-oriented
•Desire to work within a team, and the ability to work independently
•Previous experience in the field, or education (computer science major) or A+ equivalent or Mac OS X certification
•Excellent technology problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
•Must have their own transportation and be willing to some work irregular hours including nights and weekends
•Must be able to self-manage with minimal supervision and low re-work
•Knowledge of graphic arts, multimedia and fonts including Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, InDesign
•Knowledge Microsoft Outlook in and Exchange environment
•Knowledge Microsoft Office 2008, 2011, 2016, and including Office 365 for Mac
•Backup Software knowledge (CrashPlan, Time Machine)
HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
•Apple certifications a plus (ACMT)
•Daily working experience with Apple GSX warranty system.
•Knowledge of iOS software and hardware
•Entry-level mobile device management application such as Profile Manager, Meraki or Jamf
•Experience with Exchange ActiveSync and iOS Devices
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Troubleshoot and handle repair of warranty and non-warranty hardware both Mac and Mobile devices
•Resolve software and hardware support issues on Macs running 10.4.x-10.13.x
•Support software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud for Mac OS X, etc.
•Remote support for clients
•Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
•Make hardware and software recommendations
